Meet Carl Russell

With a rich background in business and a deep passion for real estate, Carl Russell brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the field. Before transitioning into real estate, Carl had a successful career as a Sales Manager and General Manager at a prominent cabinetry and renovation company in Calgary. His leadership and strategic skills in this role laid a strong foundation for his future ventures.

Carl is also the co-founder of Claystone Developments, a respected land development and construction company serving the greater Saskatoon area. This venture honed his understanding of the real estate markets and construction industry, allowing him to offer valuable insights and advice to clients.

Carl holds a Business Diploma from Mount Royal University, which complements his practical experience and enhances his ability to navigate complex real estate transactions effectively.

Outside of his professional life, Carl is an avid sports enthusiast and enjoys staying active through regular exercise. He is also dedicated to giving back to his community, volunteering his time at both his church and the YMCA.

Meet Gwen Russell

Gwen Russell’s journey into real estate is deeply rooted in her early experiences, growing up in an environment where her father was a renovator and home builder. This upbringing instilled in her a profound understanding of the housing market and a keen eye for quality and design.

Before becoming a full-time Realtor®, Gwen built a diverse career that showcased her dedication to helping others. She began as a Preschool Aide, where her nurturing nature and attention to detail were evident. Later, after becoming a certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, she was promoted to become the Health and Fitness Supervisor at the Rocky Ridge YMCA, Gwen honed her leadership skills and commitment to community wellness. Her passion for fitness is still a driving force in her life; she continues to teach fitness classes as a volunteer at the YMCA and helps at her church.
Her transition into real estate alongside her husband Carl has allowed her to combine her passion for helping people with her extensive knowledge of homes and renovations.
